Regulations Regarding the Procedural Requirements for Water Use License Applications and Appeals

The purpose of these Regulations is to prescribe the procedure and requirements for
water use licence applications and appeals as contemplated in the sections of the national water act of 1998. A water use licence application, after submission to the responsible authority, shall be considered and finalized within 144 days from the date of acceptance of the technical report on water use licence.
