The regulations apply to edible fats and oils, and mixtures which are intended for final consumption, catering purposes, medium of cooking, and as ingredients in the manufacture of foodstuffs. Edible fats and oils shall be free from mineral oils; the food additives allowed in fats and oils are laid out.
