The regulations relate to the safe packaging of children’s foodstuffs with toys. It is stated that: “no person shall sell, manufacture, or import for sale, any foodstuff which contains toys that; may generate potential hazards under normal use; may be detrimental to the health of users or third parties; may affect the chemical composition of the foodstuff, and do not comply with the essential safety requirements contained in the regulations”.
