Strategic Plan for the Transformation of Agriculture in Rwanda phase II (PSTA II)

This strategic plan follows on from the first PSTA and covers a range that terminates at the same time as the EDPRS. The main goals of this phase of the PSTA are to update the earlier PSTA, and ensure it aligns and keys into other relevant government plans and strategies including the EDPRS, the vision 2020, and the national investment strategy. PSTA II seeks to develop and guide the implementation of all activities geared towards the development of agriculture in Rwanda.
