The Plant Protection (Datura) Rules

These Rules may be cited as the Plant Protection (Datura) Rules. It emphasizes that every owner or occupier of land upon which wheat or rye is growing shall uproot and destroy any datura which may be growing upon such land or upon an area extending five yards beyond the boundaries of such land before it has reached the flowering stage.
