This tool kit was developed to assist in providing supportive supervision to nutrition stakeholders in the implementation of the national multisectoral nutrition response at the Regional and Local Government Authority (LGA) levels. The roles and responsibilities for each stakeholder are defined by the separate terms of reference (TOR) of the Regional and Council Multisectoral Steering Committees on Nutrition (R&CMSCN) developed concurrently with the tool kit.
