An Act to amend the law relating to the licensing of specific trades and businesses, and to provide for related matters. Amongst others, the regulatory document states that there is no need for a license for any person who sells goods in any area, with the consent in writing of the Licensing Authority for such area, in connection with the raising of funds for philanthropic, charitable, cultural, sporting or educational purposes.
