This is an Act to amend the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004, so as to substitute certain sections, to provide for the establishment of the National Air Quality Advisory Committee, to provide for the consequences of unlawful commencement of a listed activity and to provide for monitoring, evaluation and reporting on the implementation of an approved pollution prevention plan.

This Act amends the National Environmental Management Act, 1998, so as to amend certain definitions and to define certain words and expressions, to provide for the review of environmental management instruments and to provide for minimum information requirements to be included under environmental management instruments.

This is an Act to amend the South African Postbank Limited Act, 2010, so as to amend provisions that may negatively affect the operational autonomy and independence of the office for banks to remove any inconsistencies with the Banks Act and to provide for related matters.

This Act amends the South African Post Office SOC Ltd Act, 2011, so as to improve governance between the boards of the South African Post Office SOC Ltd and the South African Postbank Limited. It also amends the Post and Telecommunication-related Matters Act, 1958, so as to provide for the payment of pension benefits to a former spouse of a member on divorce or the dissolution of a customary marriage and to provide for related matters.

This Act amends the South African Weather Service Act, 2001, so as to substitute and insert certain definitions, to extend the powers, functions and objectives of the Weather Service so as to provide the weather service with a legal mandate to provide ambient air quality services and to act as custodian of the South African Air Quality Information System.

This Act amends the Electoral Act, 1998, so as to amend and insert certain definitions; to revise provisions relating to registration as a voter: to revise provisions relating to special votes in election for the National Assembly and provincial legislatures and the procedure related, to revise provisions relating to the number of party agents at a voting station, to correct certain important technical aspects in the text of the Act; and to provide for matters connected therewith.

This Act amends the following: the Income Tax Act, 1962, the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, the Value-Added Tax Act, 1991, the South African Revenue Service Act, 1997, the Securities Transfer Tax Administration Act, 2007, the Tax Administration Act, 2011, the Tax Administration Laws Amendment Act, 2012, the Tax Administration Laws Amendment Act, 2013, d the Customs Duty Act, 2014 and the Customs Control Act, 2014.

This is an Act to fix the rates of normal tax, to amend the Income Tax Act, 1962, so as to amend rates and monetary amounts. It also amends the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, so as to amend rates of duty in Schedule 1 to that Act and to provide for matters connected therewith.

This Act repeals the Tax on Retirements Funds Act, 1996. It amends the Income Tax Act, 1962, the Value-Added Tax Act, 1991, the Securities Transfer Tax Act, 2007, the Taxation Laws Amendment Act, 2011, the Employment Tax Incentive Act, 2013 and the Taxation Laws Amendment Act, 2013.

This Act amends the Rental Housing Act, 1999, so as to substitute and insert certain definitions, set out the rights and obligations of tenants and landlords in a coherent manner and require leases to be in writing. It extends the powers of the Rental Housing Tribunals to provide for an appeal process and require all local municipalities to have Rental Housing Information Offices by providing norms and standards related to rental housing.

This is an Act to promote the basic values and principles governing the public administration referred to in section 195(1) of the Constitution. It provides for the transfer and secondment of employees in the public administration. It also regulates conducting business with the State, provides for capacity development and training, provides for the establishment of the National School of Government and the use of information and communication technologies in the public administration.

This is an Act to provide for the establishment, functions and powers of the Office of the Valuer-General. It also provides for the regulation of the valuation of property that has been identified for land reform as well as property that has been identified for acquisition or disposal by a department.

This is an Act to amends the Attorneys Act, 1979 to further regulate the powers of the board of control of the Attorneys Fidelity Fund. It amends the Child Justice Act, 2008 to regulate the evaluation of the criminal capacity of a child and to provide for the delegation of certain powers and assignment of certain duties by the cabinet member responsible for social development in respect of the accreditation of diversion programmes and diversion service providers.

This Act amends the State Attorney Act, 1957, so as to provide for the establishment of offices of State Attorney and to provide for the appointment of a solicitor-general and state attorneys. It provides for the powers of the minister relating to the functions of the offices of State Attorney and the powers and functions of the Solicitor-General.

This is an Act to amend the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act, 2007, so as to enable the minister of Justice and Constitutional Development to designate certain courts for purposes of dealing with sexual offences and to provide for related matters.

This is an Act to provide for the facilitation and coordination of public infrastructure development which is of significant economic or social importance to the Republic, to ensure that infrastructure development in the Republic is given priority in planning, approval and implementation and to ensure that the development goals of the state are promoted through infrastructure development.

This policy applies to all employees of the National Department of Health. It provides a complaints mechanism to enable members of the public to lodge complaints regarding the use of official languages by a national department, national public entity or national public enterprise and It stipulates how official languages will be used in effectively communicating with the public, official notices, government publications, and inter and intra-government communication.

This Act amends the National Credit Act, 2005, so as to amend certain definitions, to provide for the alteration of the governance structure of the National Credit Regulator, to empower the Chief Executive Officer to delegate certain functions to other officials of the National Credit Regulator; and to provide for the registration of payment distribution agents.

This Act provides for an employment tax incentive in the form of an amount by which employees’ tax may be reduced and to allow claim and payment of an amount where employees’ tax cannot be reduced.

This is an Act to provide for customs control of all vessels, aircraft, trains, vehicles, goods and persons entering or leaving the Republic, to facilitate the implementation of certain laws levying taxes on goods and of other legislation applicable to such goods and persons and for matters incidental thereto.
