The contains alterations to the sectional titles act of 1986 in relation to unregistered sectional plan, and sectional title file, among others.

The norms and standards is a review of the international and national norms and standards for water and sanitation services. It seeks to address the inadvertent exclusion of rural areas in the implementation of water services and backlogs. The Act establishes a sole regulator to oversee the affairs of the electricity, piped-gas, and petroleum pipeline industries; The National Energy Regulator. The act specifies the specific functions of the body, its composition across the board, requirements for membership, meetings, duties of members, decision mechanism, funds of the body, and the accounting procedure, among others.

Pesticide use allows for an abundant supply of food items and control of public health hazards and nuisance pests. They however also cause undesirable side effects – due to their biological nature – on workers, consumers, community health and safety, ground and surface water bodies, and wildlife organisms. The policy aims to revise and re-evaluate the over 3000 pesticides products approved for use in South Africa, as enshrined in the fertilisers, farm feeds, agricultural remedies, and stock remedies act. It provides information and will serve as a guideline framework to ensure the full life-cycle of pesticides – from the production process to disposal – is positioned to minimise the adverse effects on health and the environment.

Amendment of regulations published in the marine living resources act of 1998. Regulation 51, pertaining to age limits for obtaining permits, and annexure two of the regulations are altered.

It lists out the general restrictions within the protected area. A fish list about the controlled-pelagic line fish zone is attached in the annexures of the regulations.

This policy updates the existing strategy to take into account technological advancements in cervical cancer prevention and new evidence on screening, approaches and methods in the context of the HIV epidemic. It introduces primary prevention of cervical cancer through Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination of young girls between age 9 to 12 and promotes awareness regarding HPV prevention through safe sex practices and dual protection (barrier plus other methods of contraception). It also provides for secondary prevention by strengthening cytology screening. It also introduces new guidelines for cervical cancer screening for women living with HIV.

The amendment declares that the provisions of the plant improvement act shall apply to plants of all kinds specified in schedule B, and crosses of such plants, excluding plants for ornamental or decorative purposes; and the seed of all plants specified in schedule C, excluding plants used for ornamental or recreational purposes.

The policy sets out a clear policy course, goals, frameworks, and initiatives to be taken, to herald a new and improved vigour to tackling water supply and sanitation issues in South Africa.

The environmental implementation plan (EIP) seeks to drive coordination and cooperation across government departments, as a means to secure the protection of the environment. Among others, the purpose of the EIP includes; avoiding duplication of efforts and promoting consistency, improving the level of participation and cooperation from provincial governments, and securing environmental protection on a national level.

The notice repeals the provisions of the regulations relating to food items identified under the repealed food, drugs, and disinfectants act of 1929.

This Act is subject to the marketing of agricultural products act of 1996. The statutory measure applies to apples destined for export, import, or domestic fresh consumption. It seeks to ensure the availability of market information to all stakeholders in the industry. Persons shall have choices of registering as producers, exporters, importers, municipal markets, retailers, or processors. The measure will be administered and implemented by HORTGRO services, a company established in terms with the companies act and operates within the purview of the Dried Fruit Technical Services (DFTS).
