Amendment of regulations published in the marine living resources act of 1998. Regulation 51, pertaining to age limits for obtaining permits, and annexure two of the regulations are altered.

The regulations are subject to the foodstuffs, cosmetics, and disinfectants act of 1972. It inserts definitions for textual correctness.

The regulations amended relate to; procedures in case of loss of copies of deeds, substitution and addition of forms, and cancellation of mortgage bonds.

The entire Southeast Atlantic Seamounts marine protected area consists of one restricted zone, and two controlled zones, which are determined using the World Geodetic System (WGS) of 1984.
