The Malaria Elimination Strategic Plan details the vision, mission, goals, objectives, key strategies, and activities, indicators and targets for the country’s malaria elimination programme. The vision of this policy is to achieve a malaria-free South Africa.

The regulations classify wheat as soft and other and it spells out the standards for classification. A consignment of wheat is classified as soft if it contains at least 95 percent (m/m) of one or more of the soft wheat seeds; otherwise, a consignment is classified as other. No person shall sell a consignment of wheat in South Africa unless the regulations outlined are met.

The Survey Act sets out to regulate the survey of land in the Republic of South Africa. It gives powers to the minister to appoint a land surveyor as the Surveyor-General of the Republic, as well as Surveyor-General for each province or group of provinces. The powers of the appointees and their duties and responsibilities are detailed in the act.

The statutory measure sets out to enforce registration of specified parties with the South African Table Grape Industry (SATI), which is tasked with implementing the measure. Parties shall have the option to register as either a producer or an exporter, or both; for parties that both produce and export.
