Gives authority to the Minister to define a mining health area, regulate construction in mining health areas including housing for labourers who live there, regulate sanitary control, and to regulate all other activities in the mining health areas.

The Fisheries Law states the regulations surrounding motor fishing vessels. The law also prohibits users from operating fishing crafts if the users are not licensed, and details the penalties associated with operating without a license. In addition, the law establishes the Fisheries Monitoring Control, Surveillance and Enforcement Unit and the Fisheries Advisory Council and their respective roles.

The Act defines the following: the breath and outer limit of the territorial sea, internal waters, contiguous and exclusive economic zones, and the continental shelf of Ghana.

It is a regulatory act that sets up the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Hazardous Committee, and the National Environmental Fund, among others. In the Act, specific functions of the EPA and the Hazardous Committee are detailed, as well as the uses of the fund and regulations on pesticide use.

This is an act that defines the estates of a deceased person, the personal relatives of the deceased and how his/her property is devolved to those relatives. In addition, the Act lists the job of the Administrator General and the measures in place for when an executor of a will dies. Lastly, the Act describes how an infant who is entitled to a will is protected

The Law officialises the Ghana Cocoa Board body, and outlines its functions.

The policy outlines strategies to achieve its main goal of improving the socioeconomic status of the country. The sectors that the policy aims to impact are the agricultural and industrial sectors for the medium term and long term, respectively. Lastly, the policy outlines how it will be financed.

An Act that establishes the Ghana Forestry Commission, its members and key roles, the functions of the Commission, financial provisions and other related activities.

The Act establishes a planning committee that sets aside land for purposes including soil conservation.

The Act prescribes rents and other fees to land that are under the authority of the President, the Stools Land Act, a statutory body, or public corporation.

The Act allows for provision of land to the public and the authorities in charge of land provision such as the President.

The health sector gender policy contains framework to guide all health sector policies and programmes. Establishes a Site Advisory Committee to inspect and give recommendations of any land under the States Land Act. The Regulations Act also contains forms to apply for various types of land leases and licenses.

The Land Registry Acts establishes registry offices and appointees to work in those offices. The Act also describes how land instruments can be registered

An Act that protects farmers who acquired land after Dec 31, 1940 and before the Act in 1962, and those lands that are defective.
