All veterinary facilities are mandated to register with the council and ensure compliance with basic standards for veterinary facilities. A veterinary facility is defined as “a facility at or from which a person practices a veterinary profession and includes a consulting room, clinic, animal hospital and any other place at or from which a veterinary profession is practiced”.
