The National Youth Policy seeks to empower the youth by creating an enabling environment and marshalling the resources necessary for undertaking programmes to fully develop youth’s mental, moral, social, economic, political, cultural, spiritual and physical potential to improve their quality of life.

A Comprehensive Framework for the Development of Zimbabwe’s Agriculture Sector.

This Plan aligns with the goals and objectives of the National Agricultural Policy Framework (NAPF) (GoZ 2018b), Vision 2030 (GoZ 2018c) and the Transitional Stabilization Programme (TSP) (GoZ 2018d). It takes account of the ongoing agriculture visioning exercise, climate change strategies, policies and guidelines; as well as taking on board recommendations from the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Program (CAADP), Post Compact Review of Zimbabwe’s 2013-2017 and Agriculture Investment Plan (ZAIP) (2018).

An Act to provide for the declaration of the fundamental rights to, and objectives of, education in Zimbabwe; to provide for the establishment, maintenance and regulation of government schools, government teachers colleges and other government educational facilities; to provide for the establishment and administration of non-government schools and teachers colleges, and for the registration and control thereof; to provide for the registration and control of correspondence colleges and independent colleges and the establishment of an advisory council for such colleges; to make financial provision for schools and teachers colleges; to provide for the transfer of teachers to the public service, and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

The National Gender Policy aims to achieve a gender-just society where men and women enjoy equality and equity and participate as equal partners in the development process of the country. The policy goal is to eradicate gender discrimination and inequalities in all spheres of life and development.

The objectives of this policy are to strengthen macroeconomic stability, characterised by low and stable inflation, as well as exchange rate stability; achieve and sustain inclusive and equitable Real GDP growth; and promote good governance and corporate social investment.

An Act to provide for the control and management of public resources and the protection and recovery thereof; to provide for the appointment, powers and duties of the Accountant-General and his or her staff; to provide for the national budget; to provide for the preparation of financial statements; to provide for the regulation and control of public entities; 5 to provide for general treasury matters; to provide for the examination and audit of public accounts; to provide for matters about financial misconduct of public officials; to repeal the Audit and Exchequer Act [Chapter 22:03] and the State Loans and Guarantees Act [Chapter 22:13], and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

Short Term Emergency Recovery Programme (STERP) is an emergency short term stabilisation programme, whose key goals are to stabilise the macro and micro-economy, recover the levels of savings, investment and growth, and lay the basis of a more transformative midterm to long term economic programme that will turn Zimbabwe into a progressive developmental State.

The Three Year Macro-Economic Policy and Budget Framework addresses the challenges and unfinished agenda of the Short Term Emergency Recovery Programme (STERP) and other sector-specific salient issues key for economic growth and development.

This budget places emphasis on reviving key sectors of the economy through the promotion of production-oriented investment and productivity, without losing focus on fiscal responsibility.

This Transitional Stabilisation Programme over October 2018 to December 2020 draws its policy thrust from Vision 2030. It focuses on stabilising the macro-economy, and the financial sector; introducing the necessary policy, and institutional reforms, to transform to a private sector-led economy; and launching quick-wins to stimulate growth.

An Act to provide for taxation in respect of the supply of goods and services and the importation and exportation of goods; to provide for the repeal of the Sales Tax Act [Chapter 23:08]; and to provide for matters connected therewith.

Zim Asset is a cluster-based plan, reflecting the strong need to fully exploit the internal relationships and linkages that exist between the various facets of the economy.

The primary objective of these Guidelines is to enhance the quality of public investment preparation, appraisal, and selection, as well as to provide line Ministries and 3 implementing Agencies with a framework that draws from experiences of best practices in project implementation.

The goal of this policy is to facilitate sustainable increase in production, productivity and competitiveness of Zimbabwean agriculture through building capacity of farmers and institutions, and improving the quantity and quality of public, private and development partner investment and policy alignment.

The first objective of this strategy is to operationalize Commitment V of the Food and Nutrition Security Policy which states that the Government of Zimbabwe (GOZ) is committed to ensuring nutrition security for all through the implementation of evidence-based nutrition interventions that are integrated within a broad public health framework including health services, water and sanitation. The second objective is to contribute towards making further progress against the other Scaling up Nutrition (SUN) targets.
