An Act to make provision for the implementation of the Public Officers’ Pensions (Zambia) Agreement, 1978; and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

An Act to regulate the provision of radiocommunication services; to provide for the functions of the Communications Authority in connection with radiocommunications; to repeal the Radiocommunications Act; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

An Act to establish the Food Reserve Agency and define its powers and functions; to establish a national food reserve; to transfer to the Government certain assets, rights, liabilities and obligations of Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia Limited and Zambia Co-operative Federation Limited; to repeal the National Agricultural Marketing Act 1989; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

An Act to provide for the establishment of the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation; to define the functions and powers of the corporation; to provide generally for the control and regulation of broadcasting and diffusion services; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

An Act to make provision for the construction of a line of railway from a point near Bwana Mkubwa to a point near the Nchanga Mine; and to provide for matters incidental to or connected therewith.

An Act to make provision for restricting the increase of rents, determining the standard rents, prohibiting the payment of premiums and restricting the right to possession of dwelling-houses, and for other purposes incidental to and connected with the relationship of landlord and tenant of a dwelling-house.
