The levies collected shall be used for the development of the potato industry, in the areas of basic and applied research, market information analysis, creation of market impact, and the expansion of human capital development. 70 percent of funds shall go into core business functions, 20 percent shall be used for transformation, and not more than 10 percent shall be utilized for administration purposes.
