The regulations provide for a system of national register of professional hunters, hunting outfitters and trainers. Persons shall not operate as professional hunters, hunting outfitters, and trainers unless registered in terms of the regulations contained in the notice.

The contains alterations to the Sectional Titles Act of 1986 in relation to sectional mortgage bonds, forms for certificates, and other scheduled documents specified under the act.

The entire Agulhas bank marine protected area is zoned as a single restricted zone, single controlled zone, and a single controlled-pelagic zone, which are all determined by using the World Geodetic System (WGS) of 1984. The regulations stipulate that no scientific research within the protected area shall be carried out except with a research permit issued by the Minister. It lists out the general restrictions within the protected area.

The rules of the national council of societies for the prevention of cruelty to animals in terms of Section 7 of the societies for the prevention of cruelty to animals act of1993. It addresses issues around the identification, registration, organization, administration and operation of societies that are involved in the protection of animals against the cruel behaviour of human beings.

The regulations push for further protection for sharks species in the Breede Estuary. No person shall, except with a scientific research permit, catch or attempt to catch any shark in the Breede Estuary; all incidental catches shall be released to the water alive.

The levy administrator is empowered by the amendment to implement, administer, collect statutory levies, enforce statutory measures established in the regulation, and delegate powers to independent third parties for assistance.

The Act provides for the declaration and management of provincial parks within the framework of the national environmental management act; it gives effect to international agreements on protected areas, and provides for the management of provincial parks, under the provisions of the Eastern Cape Environmental Conservation Act

The statutory measure aims to compel the parties set out in the schedules to register with the Macadamias South Africa NPC (SAMAC), which is tasked with implementing the measure. The measure hopes to improve the efficiency of the production and marketing of macadamias by ensuring access to accurate and timely information to guide their decision process. The measure applies to macadamias nuts in-shell, kernels, and macadamia trees both in the field and in the nursery.

This is a bill to provide for control over smoking; to regulate the sale and advertising of tobacco products and electronic delivery systems; to regulate the packaging and appearance of tobacco products and electronic delivery systems and to make provision for the standardisation of their packaging.

The amendment of regulations in the notice relates to redefinitions, insertions, and substitutions, for textual correctness.

The statutory measure aims to compel producers and exporters of the fruits, as well as people who act on their behalf, to register with Agri-hub. Agri-hub serves as the administrator of the measure. The measure hopes to create a level playing field for players and stakeholders and improve efficiency in the relevant industry, by way of access to information. Persons shall have options to register as producers, exporters, importers, retailers, processors, and municipal markets.

An amendment to the National Environmental Management Act of 1998. Among others, the alterations relate to; redefinitions and clarification of existing definitions; review of environmental management instruments; provision for baseline information to be included in environmental management instruments; provision for the management of residue stockpiles and deposits; and to empower the minister to designate environmental management inspectors.

The scheme pushes to maintain the production potential of land by constructing soil conservation works. It also aims to combat or prevent excessive soil loss via erosion, and to regulate the payment of subsidies from parliament appropriated funds. Subsidies are to be paid on construction of soil conservation works classified as protection works, drainage works, veld utilisation works, and drought relief works.
