An Act to provide for sound financing for the national health system; provide for universal access to quality insured health care services; establish the National Health Insurance Management Authority and provide for its functions and powers; establish the National Health Insurance Scheme and provide for its systems, procedures and operation; establish the National Health Insurance Fund and provide for contributions to and payments from the Fund; provide for accreditation criteria and conditions in respect of insured health care services; provide for complaints and appeals processes; provide for the progressive establishment of provincial and district health offices of the Authority; and provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.

An Act to amend the Referendum Act

An Act to provide for the establishment of national Forests, local Forests, joint forest management areas, botanical reserves, private forests and community forests. It provides for the participation of local communities, local authorities, traditional institutions, non-governmental organisations and other stakeholders in sustainable forest management. It also provides for the conservation and use of forests and trees for the sustainable management of forests ecosystems and biological diversity and establishes the Forest development Fund.

An Act to amend the Anti-Terrorism Act, 2007

The objectives of this programme are to present a holistic and integrated approach to human settlements delivery through youth development and participation in the context of the National Youth Service, to establish a dedicated platform in the delivery of Human Settlements for programmatic participation of Youth and to provide an enabling policy and strategy environment for youth participation in the Housing and Human Settlement Sector aligned to the Comprehensive Plan for the Creation of Sustainable Human Settlements.

The act amends the “performing animals protection act” of 1935. It repeals sections and inserts new definitions. The insertions relate to the designation of a national licensing officer; with associated qualifications and functions; provisions for procedures of license application and issuance with regards to exhibiting, training, and safeguarding animals, and to provide for the appeals process.

An Act to establish and promote a sustainable social housing environment; to define the functions of national, provincial and local governments in respect of social housing, to provide for the establishment of the Social Housing Regulatory Authority in order to regulate all social housing institutions obtaining or having obtained public funds; to allow for the undertaking of approved projects by other delivery agents with the benefit of public money, to give statutory recognition to social housing institutions and to provide for matters connected therewith.

This is an Act to provide for the establishment of the Community Schemes Ombud Service, to provide for its mandate and functions; and to provide for a dispute resolution mechanism in community schemes and to provide for related matters.

This is an Act to promote fair lending practices, which require disclosure by financial institutions of information regarding the provision of home loans, to establish an Office of Disclosure and to provide for related matters.

This is an Act to provide for the facilitation of a sustainable housing development process and to provide for the establishment of a South African Housing Development Board and to provide for matters connected therewith.

This is an Act to provide for the prohibition of unlawful eviction, to provide for procedures for the eviction of unlawful occupiers and to repeal the Prevention of Illegal Squatting Act, 1951, and other obsolete laws and to provide for related matters.

This is an Act to provide for the establishment of bodies corporate to manage and regulate sections and common property in sectional titles schemes and for that purpose to apply rules applicable to such schemes, to establish a sectional titles schemes management advisory council and to provide for matters connected therewith.

This is an Act to provide for principles recognised by the state as governing the affairs of military veterans and for policy objectives. It also provides for the establishment of the Advisory Connell on Military Veterans and the Military Veterans Appeal Board and certain functions of the Department of Military Veterans
